COVID-19 GUIDELINES

ADC Reconnect will adhere to all Marriott, local, state, and federal COVID-19 operating guidelines. By registering for ADC Reconnect, you agree to adhere to the rules below:

  • All attendees must be registered online prior to the event. Onsite registrations will not be allowed.
  • Masks must be always worn over the mouth and nose inside the venue, unless actively eating or drinking.
  • Upon arrival, you agree to submit to a health screening questionnaire.
  • While in sessions, attendees must remain in their seat. Standing and moving seats will be prohibited.
  • No guests. Due to strict capacity limits, guests, aides, spouses, etc will not be allowed into the event without prior approval.
  • You will not attend if you are ill, have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, including cough, fever, body aches, loss of taste or smell, etc.

Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to COVID-19

Failure to adhere to local, state, and federal COVID-19 guidelines will result in your removal from the event. By entering the venue, you acknowledge the risk of contracting COVID-19 and voluntarily assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expenses, of any kind, that you may experience or incur and hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the venue, event promoter(s), vendor(s), and each of their respective parents, members, partners, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, and landlords and their respective officers, directors, and employees from Claims of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.
